Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you have received a damaged/faulty product, we will exchange the product with a new one, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us.
Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
For Cancellations please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. The order can be cancelled only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. No cancellation will be accepted once the order has been dispatched. In case of cancellation, if the amount was paid by credit card/debit cards, refunds will be issued to the original credit card/debit card holder within a certain time limit allowed by payment gateway.
